Even without current symptoms or medical tests, air sampling offers valuable insights into local pollen concentrations during peak allergy seasons (which, in San Francisco Bay Area, typically span from February to July, but can run from December through August for sensitive individuals).
- Botanical & Visual Inspection: A thorough visual evaluation of the trees, shrubs, and flora surrounding your property can be conducted at any time of year to identify potential allergen sources before they bloom.

Once our evaluation is complete, we provide you with a comprehensive, personalized report that includes:
- A Local Plant & Bloom Profile: A custom inventory of predominant allergen-producing plants around your home and their general blooming schedules. This helps you and your physician time your preventive treatments accurately before symptoms spike.
- Symptom & Pollen Correlation: We cross-reference your specific symptoms and air-sampling results—alongside any medical allergy testing—to help identify the exact pollen strains causing you distress.
